Everything you need to know

Ready to ship products have a 2-4 business day order processing time, excluding weekends and national holidays. Please be advised that order processing time does not include shipping time, as shipment times may vary once within the possession of the postal service.

Pre-order products have a 5-7 business day order processing time.

Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed during the holiday season and/or national holidays may require additional shipping time due to possible delays.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking information.

Due to the quick turnaround time in packing orders, we are unable to alter order or shipping details once they have been placed. Please ensure all delivery details and items are correct before submitting payment. If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@shopmeltedskincare.com and we will do our best to assist you, however, we cannot make any guarantees.

Unfortunately, MELTED Skincare does not accept returns due to sanitary reasons.

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your order prior to order submission.

If your products have arrived damaged, please retain all packing materials and products. Email us at hello@shopmeltedskincare.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged contents. Please notify us of all order issues within 72 hours after delivery.

We cannot guarantee orders will be delivered by a specific date or time.

Yes, Melted Skincare ships worldwide.

Please Note: All orders outside the USA are subject to import tax. The customer will be responsible for paying customs fees. If packages are returned and should you request to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipment fee.

While our products are formulated to be safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, we always recommend consulting with your physician first, to ensure the best care for you and your baby.

No. We do not test on animals.

All of our products have a shelf life of 3+ years, when stored unopened in a cool, dry environment. 

Please Note: Due to warmer climate temperatures in the Summer, Body Butters may arrive in a melted or liquified state. We recommend quickly popping them into the freezer for approximately 10-20 minutes before usage. This step will prevent any potential spills or undesired textural changes.
